1. About SAFO Market

SAFO Market is a classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers across the UAE. We provide the platform only — we are not a party to any transaction between users, and we do not inspect, certify, or guarantee the condition, legality, or quality of any item listed.

2. User responsibilities

By using SAFO Market you agree to provide accurate information, to only post items you have the legal right to sell, and to deal with other users honestly and respectfully. You are solely responsible for the listings you create and the conduct of your transactions.

3. Prohibited listings

The following may never be listed on SAFO Market:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or replica weapons
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Stolen, counterfeit, or smuggled goods
• Real Estate listings (sale or rental)
• Any product or service whose sale is restricted or prohibited under UAE federal or local law

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice, and to suspend accounts that repeatedly post prohibited content.

4. No guarantee of transactions

SAFO Market does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee that any sale will complete successfully. Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying each other's identity, inspecting goods, and agreeing on payment and delivery terms directly. We strongly recommend meeting in safe, public locations and inspecting items before paying.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms, post prohibited content, or are reported for fraudulent or abusive behavior. Suspended accounts may lose the ability to post new listings.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SAFO Market after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
